DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Please allow processing to take UP TO 4 days. Delivery 2-4 days after you receive tracking. Once we ship via USPS you will receive a tracking number via the email address you entered. We are NOT accountable for carrier delays, wrong delivery address due to error from data entered during check out or loss packaging. You are responsible for contacting USPS to report your concern for further assistance in receiving your package or a request to use your insurance (up to $100 insurance coverage for your request of a refund) with USPS.  RETURNS/REFUNDS check return policy for qualified exceptions. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/& SHIPPING:

We ship Internationally on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis and orders may be subject to customs fee upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. NailTecs (We) are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. The carrier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – FINAL SALE

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and transit times, all international orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders once they have shipped.

Sizing Responsibility

Please review our Finger Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Sizing selection is the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing on international orders.

Shipping Cost Consideration

International shipping costs are often higher than the product price. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing a reasonable quantity or bundle to make your order worthwhile.

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

  • The Product item arrives damaged (may be dependent upon carrier insurance as all orders are examined and photographed before shipping), or
  • The item received is incorrect

Proof (photos/video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
